Key Responsibilities
Consult and Advise: Work closely with our Clients to gather requirements, provide expert advice, and design ServiceNow solutions.
Design and implement: Design ServiceNow applications and modules in line with industry best practices and latest ServiceNow standards.
Document: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
Train and Support: Provide training and support to Clients, ensuring successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in ServiceNow consulting, covering design and implementation, with at least one CIS certification and a willingness to obtain more.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, IT Management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive effective solutions.
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and deliver innovative results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excelling in both independent and collaborative fast-paced environments.
