As a ServiceNow Tester, you will be responsible for testing and validating ServiceNow solutions, applications and integrations, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
Test Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow applications and modules.
Quality Assurance: Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and collaborate with developers / Subject Matter Experts and Clients to resolve issues.
Automated Testing: Implement and maintain automated testing scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and any issues encountered.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with Clients to understand their requirements and ensure testing processes align with their needs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and testing best practices, and continuously improve testing processes.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in software testing, including at least 1 year focused on ServiceNow applications, with at least one ServiceNow certification or willingness to obtain one after onboarding.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, along with experience in automated testing tools.
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HR, ensuring effective testing across the platform.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
