Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet Client requirements and industry best practices.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Standards and Best Practices: Establish and enforce standards, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow implementations.
Project Oversight: Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architecture and design documentation.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation, with hands-on experience across ITSM, ITOM, HR, and custom apps.
Proven track record in delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations, leveraging JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and other relevant technologies.
Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and guide teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and thriving in both independent and fast-paced team environments.
Holds CSA, CAD, and at least one CIS certification (2 preferred); Technical Architect certification is a plus.
