Senior Engagement Manager

As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving Client success, managing complex engagements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Work with Clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all engagement-related matters.
Engagement Leadership: Lead and manage multiple Client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of contract deliverables.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate engagement risks, ensuring Client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to Clients and senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and engagement success.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the sales team to expand our services within existing accounts.
Client Advocacy: Advocate for Client needs and ensure their feedback is incorporated into our services and solutions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in Client engagement or account management, including 3+ years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven success in managing large-scale Client relationships, cross-functional teams, and complex contracts involving negotiations, renewals, and compliance.
Strong financial skills with experience in budgeting, cost forecasting, and meeting financial targets.
Skilled in risk management and Client advocacy, ensuring feedback is translated into actionable solutions.
Deep understanding of ITIL and IT Management; PMP, PRINCE2, or ServiceNow certifications preferred.
