Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.

Communication: Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Training: Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to embrace the change.

Impact Assessment: Conduct change impact assessments to understand the effects of transformation projects on different parts of the organization.

Readiness Assessment: Evaluate organizational readiness for changes and develop strategies to address any gaps.

Support: Provide ongoing support to employees and leaders to help them navigate the change process.

Measurement: Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of OCM efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and consultants to ensure OCM activities are integrated into project plans.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in OCM, including at least 1 year focused on ServiceNow implementations or transformations, with proven success in developing and executing OCM strategies.

Strong grasp of OCM principles, methodologies, and tools such as Prosci and ADKAR, combined with experience in training design and delivery.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, manage multiple initiatives, and prioritize effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and creative mindset, plus familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.
