Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations, digital transformations and other IT projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Execution and Monitoring: Ensure projects are executed according to plan, coordinating with developers, consultants, and other team members.
Performance Tracking: Track project progress, performance, and metrics, providing regular updates to the internal team and to Clients.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues and risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
Team Mentorship: Guide and support project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Technical Expertise: Apply your technical knowledge to provide guidance on project design, development, and implementation.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in project management and ServiceNow technology.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in IT Project Management, including 1 year on the ServiceNow platform, managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of ITIL, IT Management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring efficient project execution.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, advocate for Clients, and integrate their feedback into solutions.
Technical proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, with experience handling contracts, negotiations, renewals, and compliance.
Experience managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and meeting financial objectives; PMP, PRINCE2, or ServiceNow certification preferred.
